Colin O’Brien has been practicing Immigration Law since 2017. Colin grew up in the Bay Area and has called Oregon home since 2008. He received his B.A. from University of Oregon and his J.D. from Seattle University School of Law. He is admitted to the Oregon State Bar and the U.S. District Court of Oregon. He is a member of the Oregon Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Colin is a litigation attorney with extensive experience in family-based immigration, humanitarian visas, removal defense, and appeals. He has successfully represented clients in front of USCIS, the Immigration Court, ICE, U.S. Consulates, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. His practice also includes criminal defense advisals and family law matters before Oregon Circuit Courts as they relate to immigration law.

Colin has a genuine interest in learning about new people and places. He has lived in Argentina and traveled throughout Latin America. In 2024, he drove the Panamerican Highway from Oregon to Argentina with his family and was inspired to name his firm after the experience. He brings to his practice empathy, attention to detail, and belief in Due Process. He speaks English and Spanish.
